Cons

I have only been with the company for about a month & I have to say I have not seen ANY red flags or any major issues. I have never been so excited to go to work. This is real....I'm not just saying this. It's like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I'm not working for money at Mastec, but rather have fun meeting people and getting paid for it. Amazing!

No paid commute time No paid windshield time Constantly moving expectations Routes with too many hours of driving Constant threats Refuses to help out guys in rural areas. Every time someone leaves your area gets bigger = pay cut

Pros

Not a lot of pros to the job except being busy. Look forward to being the savior during football season, for you bear gifts. Also, the 20-30 dollar Directv bill for all channels is a nice perk for employees.

Cons

Low pay, Health Insurance is expensive and doesn't cover really anything, tools and van rent are docked out of your pay, etc. Long hours: Expect no balance
