Very little room for growth, When the Coronavirus hit they furlough several of their better managers. The managers that are left will laugh about technicians. Dispatch is a joke and sometimes take more than 30 minutes to answer a chat in. Pay wise you can work from 6am to sometimes 11pm at night and you only get paid the base amount for a job $25 for Service calls. $30 for installs and $23 for upgrades in order to make a decent amount to live off you need to close at least 10 jobs a day
