After my experience, I would say there are no pros

Cons

Management does not provide clear leadership and will not take responsibility for poor outcomes. Onboarding was non existent. Terminated my contract with no reason after I was promised good things at Masco and left good employment at the managers word. Will provide offer with a very poor termination. Read carefully before signing. Cowardly behaviour and unprofessional exit. No exit interview to understand why I was being let go. I would not recommend this place for safe employment.
