Good open communication thru regularly scheduled townhalls and team group meetings for regular touchpoints. Sr management are approachable and values your feedback. Would recommend to those seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Working virtual like many other companies so looses personal connections vs. prior to Covid. Few cons.
