      Easy work for the most part Decent benefits

      Cons

      Union shop so there’s no growth unless you wait years for your seniority If you have issues with coworkers or management, it won’t be dealt with The machines really need work, there hard on your body. So much drama- no one is trustworthy Had harassment allegations bought to the office regarding a supervisor and it was brushed off and made me look like an idiot for bringing them forward.
