Cons

If you live in close proximity to the company, expenses barely cover revenues. If you come from outside and have to pay rent there, you know you're going to make a loss.

On the positive side people are great and there's a collaborative attitude. working in a dynamic and challenging environment gives you back a lot professionally

Cons

Company should be in a growing trajectory but resources are continuously cut/moved so workload is unsustainable and has an impact on people's lives, so work-life balance in certain functions is affected. Wellbeing and welfare are practically non existent.
