It is a great place to learn as a young engineer on approved projects. Access to a lot of technical material and the possibility to collaborate with the workforce of Turin or even Detroit. Quite big reality that allows internal movements.

Cons

Quite stressful environment, generally not corresponding to the salary rates. Sometimes not well organized and rather difficult to grow both professionally and personally. It feels a pity as the products and technologies can be very interesting, but after a while the "working mood" lowers your enthusiasm.
