Pros

paycheck, in Orange County, vacation time although required to take one week in August or December..

Cons

Everything is bad.. people are unhappy, manage by intimidation, 2% raise every 2 years, terrible culture, it's a revolving door here.. from top level down people come and go every day.. this is a real review!

Thank you for your response. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with us was not the best. Working at Masimo, there are many things to be proud of but there are also areas for improvement. We are starting to see a variety of reviews and ratings on Glassdoor because we are encouraging our employees to use Glassdoor as an avenue to anonymously post their honest feedback on pros and cons to help us understand where we are strong and where we can improve.

Medical device industry is interesting.

Cons

A year ago this company's rating was < 2 stars. Apparently they have taken notice of their bad image and tried to correct that with false reviews. I'd be very wary of working for a company that resorts to these tactics to attract talent or further prevent their atrocious turnover rate. You can read the cons in all of the real non-5 star reviews. Glassdoor is a great site but when people/companies abuse it like this, it is really a disservice to everyone.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that no organization is perfect and we are engaging with our employees so we can learn where we are strong and where we can improve. Making employees aware of the Glassdoor site is one avenue being used to allow employees to anonymously post their honest feedback on the pros and cons. That would explain why we are starting to see a variety of different reviews on this site.
