My interview process was very professional and informative. My job is holding true to the description given by my then prospective manager. The job is enjoyable and challenging, which are two things I was looking for in a new career.

Cons

I do not have any Cons. I have worked for quite a few companies over the years and in comparison, I do not feel the stress and strain I did previous to this job.

Pros

My immediate supervisor was great. He was my shield me while I got to create and build some novel projects. If you enjoy crisis management, you'll fit well.

Cons

Power struggles among upper management leads to mixed messages for most employees. If you're not an engineer, step lightly. General culture of chaos, crisis, and little concern for long-term issues.

The CEO and other execs are clueless about the day-to-day operations (things that keep the company running daily) and consistently pile on additional tasks that are detrimental to the long term health of the company. A lot of; do exactly as you're told and don't use your experience/background/intelligence to find a better way. Way too many directors, senior directors, VPs, senior VPs, Exec VPs,..turnover is easily over 50%.
