Pros
The intern program included a lot of educational activities and opportunities to meet various leaders through out the organization. Managers were very helpful and I received plenty of constructive feedback that helped me professionally. I was treated like an equal within my department, rather than just an intern.
Cons
Such a large organization, it felt disconnected at times Everyone was very busy, so it was difficult to find a time to meet with my manager or have my questions answered - more of an individual environment where you have to be self-motivated. This makes it easy to go unnoticed.
