Pros
I had an awesome time working with the teams in research area. There are, of course, tons of brilliant researchers, with a culture of collaboration and tons of opportunity to try new things. We made some really sweet stuff!
Cons
Parts ordering, paperwork submissions, and general organizational things were pretty rough. The staff supporting us were great, but noticeably understaffed and under-supported themselves, which resulted in missed part orders, vendor communications, and huge delays.
