Pros

TONS of growth potential! Here you get out what you put in - and unlike larger corporations, you are treated like an individual instead of a number. I love that I have been continued to be invested in by management, and have been able to make direct impact in improving the company.

Cons

The area can be expensive, but Mass has been fair and regular with wage evaluations. I appreciate that because a lot of companies dont.

Good pay if they like you. They love KISSES. Very good place for your retirement.

Cons

This is my opinion. " DO NOT ENTER" to this machineshop., you're about ruining your career here. MASSive liars, 2 faces CEO= owner, low team morale, below average standard score, HR=owner, unethical culture, baby boomers workplace and etc .. too many to list.
