Hard work and dedication is positively recognized and opportunities for advancement is available to those who demonstrate a positive and willing attitude. I’ve also always found Executive Management to be fair and balanced when listening to staff, assessing situations, and making decisions that affect team members. Overall, Mass Precision has been a positive and rewarding employment experience for me!

A lot of emails…(unfortunately, this seems to be a common concern wherever you go).

Pros

TONS of growth potential! Here you get out what you put in - and unlike larger corporations, you are treated like an individual instead of a number. I love that I have been continued to be invested in by management, and have been able to make direct impact in improving the company.

Cons

The area can be expensive, but Mass has been fair and regular with wage evaluations. I appreciate that because a lot of companies dont.
