I found MM to be the typical corporate environment--a lot of talk about inclusion, diversity, engagement, etc. without a lot behind it. People would do anything to increase their chances at a promotion or bonus, including exhibiting, or tolerating, bad behavior. They are constantly re-organizing and laying people off. Don't go to work there if you are approaching or over 40 years old...
