      Pros

      above average pay, good benefits and training. nice office

      Cons

      New security leadership team is inexperienced and unprofessional. Leaders do not trust or support their teams. ICs are overworked and in fear of retaliation for speaking up about toxic and hostile senior management. Teams get smaller every day, staff reduced by half and counting with no replacements Lot of teams being outsourced for cheapr labor but theres no transition or contingency planning.

      Pros

      Management cares about their employees - very generous when things are going well. This year, the company paid bonuses despite not meeting prior year performance goals and senior management took responsibility for that.

      Cons

      Can't speak for the whole company but in my department, higher ups are trying to reduce costs as much as possible and instead of replacing employees that have left, responsibilities get distributed among remaining team members.
