Pros

Clients were nice, appreciative. Other LMPs were great Worked at 2 different clinics w/in same franchise; liked one way more than the other.

Cons

Low pay No benefits Management wants you to do too many massages per day, it is too easy to get hurt that way. Manager played favorites

Pros

-i had a great group of sales associates and managers -you really get to know the people coming in on a regular basis -getting massages at a discounted rate

Cons

-having to try to sell people after their massage can be awkward and unappreciated -cant really determine your own schedule

Flexible hours, independence, opportunity for sales, lots of free time, open 7 days a week, commission structure allowed possibility for good pay.

Cons

The worst part about this job was having to deal with all the therapist. At times it seemed like I was working in a day care
