Pros
-nice management -nice coworkers -401k match -flexible and consistent hours -discount and massage perks -free parking -in a busy plaza with food and drink options available
Cons
-a lot of sitting -doing dirty laundry -dealing with entitled customers -late hours (9pm closing) -commission is hard to get because a lot of current members already on one and potential members dislike the pricing and a lot are traveling (coming from John Wayne) and don't want to commit -little to no coverage if you are sick/call out -no PTO
