Pros

If you live to practice holistic medicine through massage, you will flourish. Pay is good for therapists with a strong education and well rounded skills. Specific techniques can be used, but always double check you’re insured to practice them in the specific environment.

Cons

If you aren’t set on growing in your understanding of the body, it’s complex issues, and abiding my individual spa policies, move on.

Pros

The location is nice because of the convenience to other places you may want to go before or after work.

Cons

The owner has extensive recording devices but allows slurs to be used by her employees, and allows employees to speak negatively of guests if they don't sign up for memberships. The workplace is hostile, and she shows highly preferential treatment. The franchise owner is non-existant on site, but (in my opinion) will only meaningfully communicate with those she considers loyal to her. She (from my personal experience) allows politically divisive conversation and slurs to be used. If you try to speak out against it, you (in my opinion) will be fired. You also are not provided a lunch if you work over 8 hours and training is limited. This is my opinion and experience.
