Pros

Free massage IF you reach your ridiculous monthly sales goals

Cons

Literally everything you can think of, pays minimum wage with an excessive amount of work that needs to be done. No gratitude for anything other than sales and are keen on harassing clients for membership on their first visit. High turn over rate with lousy therapists and the good ones are underpaid and not well recognized. Very poor management and not true to their goals of massage therapy only true to SALES SALES SALES. As well as theee constant harassment of clients even as memberships with almost weekly if not monthly calls.
