      Recently the commission in fulltime has increased to 65-35 even if we get project from outside

      Immigration team is great. Payment is on time Green card process in time as promised

      Cons

      Referral after tax is 300$ . The commission is now 65-35 percent. Some contracts doesn’t work out with the vendor company even if after the client interview is cleared . They are lot of e-mails chains for msa

      very expensive health insurance, no benefits, no vacation.

      Good immigration process but poor benefits

      Pros

      1. Initiate GC process immediately as they promise 2. Visa transfer process and i140 process is good, got direct approvals with out any issues

      Cons

      1. There is no 401K match 2. Health insurance premiums are very high, there is benefit of employee. It is same as we are buying insurance out side with full premium 3. No sick leaves/ vacation days - just 5 days of leaves credit for 1 year (5 hours per month).

We make sure that we meet or exceed industry standards with our benefits to all of our employees that are with us either on a contractual or full time basis. We have been able to negotiate decreasing rates when employment tenure increases.
