      Pros

      Mastech pays really good as compared to market standard to fresher. To be here you need to be lucky to get a good team. No slogging on weekend really appreciate that. Great management and co workers to be around. Great flexibility.

      Pros

      The friendly environment, supportive managers, the fun, the healthy competition and the work pressure are the few reasons why I like to be associated with Mastech. I have enjoyed every bit of it.

      Performance is measured in numbers. May be a change in mind set and consideration of efforts would make a lot of difference.
