      Dear Field Associate, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Our Immigration team performs a substantial amount of work behind the scenes and they are very appreciative of the kind words. Most of our field associates are on a contractual assignment. One of the benefits of working with us is that we do flip and pay for H1-B transfers. When a contract is thirty days out, we do our best to re-market the skill set of said associate. It is in both parties interest to do so. Many times we are successful in keeping the associate working but unfortunately, there are times due to a plethora of different reasons, it does not work out.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and partnering agencies to collaborate with. Opportunities to work remotely when needed pending your manager.

      Cons

      The many company mergers and acquisitions have made for a disorganized and dysfunctional organization with lack of vision for growth. I had 5 managers over the course of 1 year. The leadership is antiquated in there strategy and way behind competitors in the industry always trying to catch-up. The ability to get creative approved and into rotation is always delayed due to the arduous product and legal approval process and the constant change in strategy or a new reward card offer being thrown into the market to drive product sales.

From reading the points that you have shared, it appears that you may have accidentally provided input for another company. There is another organization that has a very similar name (MasTec). They may or may not be the organization that you are referring to but we are not in line with the structure that you wrote of.

      Pros

      Have a good understanding of requirements for bringing workers into the country. Were helpful going through the visa process and ensured that all the documentation was correct to allow for a smooth approval process

      Cons

      Really only work with you as you start a new contract or to extend your current contract. Do not do any work with you to transition you to a new contract as current contract draws to a close.

      Dear Field Associate, Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. Keeping our associates on project is and always has been of high priority. We initiate a re marketing initiative as early as thirty days out from when a project is going to come to an end. There are a plethora or factors that come into play when making a transition of that nature. Many times we find success with that transition and unfortunately there are times when the end result is different from the intention.
