Lots of great, hardworking coworkers who make this an enjoyable place to be. Owned and operated by a family that really cares and demonstrates that each day. An ethical company that has a mission to do significant good in the world, and is actually taking major steps to do that (like triple matching employee donations to charity). Fair pay and realistic bonuses. New health insurance benefits for 2023 that are among the best I've seen. Amazing and fun perks like 5-star trips for top performing employees and incredible guest speakers that help you professionally and personally. Great free snacks in the break room!
Cons
Sometimes I feel held back from actions I could take to make things better because I have to respond to so many little issues that pop-up unexpectedly. This can be frustrating/stressful. I think the PTO policy should be a bit more generous, particularly for new employees.
