      Family owned with great values! They treat their employees well and allow for a lot of free though with no micro management.

      Get paid, Great hours tons of overtime

      Pros

      Started at 14.50 first day on the job. Training class for picking was five days. Bonus payed monthly. I have averaged between 150 and 300 a month.

      Cons

      Warehouse is hot some isles have no air circulation. Oh did i say it was hot. Attendance policy is very strict.

      Pros

      Master is experiencing incredible growth, in revenue, profit, and people. It is unlike any company I've worked for (old but has the spirit of a start-up). Pros include autonomy and inclusion (got a great idea the company has a system in place to get the idea heard by the leadership team). Another big pro is that the autonomy and inclusion encourage your entrepreneurial-self.

      Cons

      The company can do a better job of socializing change. Change management is hard for all companies and humans as a general rule don't like change. And Master changes nearly daily. Even good changes need to be socialized with team members.
