At Master Electronics qualifications and personal values are carefully matched with job requirements and company core values. Harmony, inclusion and a solid work ethic are espoused. Master is a privately held, family-owned business with zero red-tape, and plenty of room to grow.

Cons

The company rarely offers working remote opportunities.

Pros

This is a family owned company that treats employees like family. It's a very entrepreneurial organization with aggressive goals, where people generally have a lot of latitude on how to get their jobs done. Company culture places a strong emphasis on core values that I haven't seen at other (public) companies.

Cons

The only cons are for people that don't fit within the culture. If you aren't dedicated, loyal, caring, and entrepreneurial, you won't fit. If you don't embrace visionary thinking, you won't fit.
