Pros

tuition reimbursement even if studying outside of job focus, freedom to make your own decisions in most cases set up groups to openly discuss issues facing Black and Pride communities as well as women issues to make sure voices are heard and build a culture of acceptance and inclusion. ( I am currently not a part of the 3 groups, but feel good to work for a company that thinks a little beyond just numbers.

Cons

pay can always better, but it is very fair I feel Benefits they are working on, but not horrible

Pros

- Plenty of room for growth and opportunity. Was able to learn as much as I could from a warehouse associate and take that knowledge to become a lead, after experience from that and making good relationships was able to move forward with my career and join the IS - Support Analyst team. - Communication, collaboration and team work. The culture here is amazing, everyone here is so nice and helpful from the People Team to the staff out in the warehouse, everyone is willing to lend a hand. - The ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines. Company is constantly growing with many goals to achieve. Big projects like Autostore and expanding the warehouse for more departments and positions to thrive.

Cons

Benefits could be slightly better but they're working on that.
