Business Outlook
Pros
1. Stable company (at least it was in my presence). 2. Great benefits. 3. Fair pay. 4. Excellent HQ facilities and resources.
Cons
1. Engineering was less than top-rate, seemed a bit lost. 2. Leadership looked a little unsure. They rode on a wave of an established backlog of resources, money, and profit but was floundering about the right direction to improve the product and, mainly, the engineering approach and methods. 3. Engineering and quality management had general ideas and good wishes but no detailed strategy. Lack of detail, all in general. 4. The President cared more about the shoes employees wore at work than a state of affairs.
