Good and competitive pay. Good people to work with. Company parties. 2 Truths and a Lie $ game.

Cons

Executive management out of touch. Annual layoffs, usually handled poorly. The head of HR is very liberal and doesn't like men. Caters to women always.

The engineering teams are welcoming, and there’s a sense of camaraderie among them. The teams embrace change and get excited about the impact they have on the end user.

Cons

It feels like priorities are always shifting. While teams are receptive to change, it can sometimes be exhausting to be pulled in many different directions. Teams also want to maintain support for the features they develop, but with the regular demand for something new, they feel as though they are just tossing features over the wall and rarely have the opportunity to improve what has already been created.
