The front line staff are some of the hardest working people I have met.

Cons

There isn't enough space to include all of the cons. First and foremost, if you look at the positive reviews here, the majority are from new HR team members. The CHRO is the ringleader of a clique of mean girls and has hired her friends in leadership positions on her team. Extremely hostile and demotivating, lack of trust and total destruction of the People Proud mission Mastercorp was built on. I wish there was a way to give 0 stars because they are a nightmare.
