Pros

Pay is competitive for certain locations Good entry into the financial services/fintech world Stable company with a core product that basically prints money

Cons

Horrible engineering culture. Lots of slackers and coasters who have been at the company forever and collect a nice paycheck, but do nothing to modernize. Its like working in a time capsule from 1992 from a technology point-of-view.
