Pros

Work from home option Pretty good annual bonus Pretty good 401k matching Plenty of vacation time Most teammates were good to work with, both the experienced and newer people.

Cons

There is a lot of immaturity. Examples include communication emails that try to joke but are just nonsense. Another is an online forum where employees submit questions where the serious ones are ignored while the playful ones are answered with an equally useless answer. Culture is one where favorites get the promotions and recognition regardless of actual work accomplished compared to teammates. Says it's a technology company. While there are some efforts to become one, it's not even close when compared to the true tech companies. Other than the annual bonus payout, there really is no incentive during review time (little to no raises, rewards come in form of restricted stock that has no value unless you stay employed there for 3 more years). Compensation is behind other tech companies. Health insurance benefits are the worst I've had compared to other companies I've worked at.

Pros

for learning perspective its a good company but no support from seniors. Even huge politics, since it has new setup therefore no proper management, no KT, no documentation. you work & credit goes to senior as a politics is going on. Worst for Contractor, so I would suggest as a contractor never join cause you will have to face dirty partiality.

Cons

No management. HR is not connected to employee for any kind of concern. Seniors & Lead behave like big boss.
