1.Limited opportunity to grow. 2.Short term project. 3.Team is scattered. not at same workplace you interact with team by Phone and Ping if you stuck in work for small small doubt. 4.To much meeting and calls. 5.Lot of work need to do own 6.NO KT, NO guideline new joiner.their have learn by it own. 7.Team members also don't have project specific knowledge. 8.Don't join on Third-party or contract.

Good CAB facility and Great work-life balance. That's it.

Cons

Don't have own canteen. Don't have any exclusive benefits. Salary hike below average. No onsite opportunities. It's more typical service base domestic company!! Not at all feel like working with brand.
