      Pros

      If you are willing to learn then you might get few chance to grow at the same time keeping in mind that you would face lots of barrier for doing extra work, there are lot of people who are in comfort and they will try to let you down when ever some try to do something innovative or new.

      Cons

      Personally doesn't refer anyone to work at MasterCard Vadodara office because here people tendency and mindset is just like cheap guy working in a small company full of politics. And if you are good at handling politics then it's a good place to work because manager here at this location only to buttering specially in QA where they are not willing to learn and develop. Good company but typically older company culture C-Sam

      Pros are - 1) Flexible timing 2) New Technologies being used 3) Free snacks 4) Being in Vadodara have its own benefits - lesser travel, no traffic,etc.

      Cons

      1) Inefficient managers 2) Partiality being done 3) People can't stop talking in Gujarati 4) Managers don't have proper insight of projects...they always put things they will do when we achieve a milestone but never fulfil their promises

      1. Seating arrangement is good.

      1.Limited opportunity to grow. 2.Short term project. 3.Team is scattered. not at same workplace you interact with team by Phone and Ping if you stuck in work for small small doubt. 4.To much meeting and calls. 5.Lot of work need to do own 6.NO KT, NO guideline new joiner.their have learn by it own. 7.Team members also don't have project specific knowledge. 8.Don't join on Third-party or contract.
