Great Benefits. Amazing 401k match. 25 Vacation days plus 5 personal days (last I worked there) Good pay. Good Culture. Amazing leads and mentors as a Software Engineer 1 coming out of college.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about it. I was proud to be a Software Engineer at Mastercard. It's just a shame my position was affected by the 9/2024 re-org and layoffs.
