I've been in Mastercard for 3 years now and I can say that it has been the best decision I took. Working at Mastercard has given me a broader view of how things work in a Company globally and it also gave me the opportunity to experience working abroad in Asia in a short term assignment. It is a Company focused on employees which promotes global mobility.

Cons

Probably the only con I can think of is that as it is a Global Company, sometimes assume every product applies for every market without considering the local requirements of the market.
