Worst culture ever experienced. Conformism (with said leader) over any kind of mastery or innovation. Execution and results are just because of how the franchise model works: collects its fees then spends on services so basically spending its own money, no true growth or readiness for future. Easy work if you want to just pretend to have a job. No link between pay vs excellence. I am sure top leadership knows and either has no clue what to do or they are just not willing to change.

- RTO policies are enforced aggressively, expected to make up in office days even after using sick / vacation time. - Most teams are understaffed, positions often closed and rarely opened. Career progression is extremely political. - Poor raises year over year, annual layoffs in early February - Bad dev culture, archaic legacy systems, extremely poor code quality and no enforcement of engineering standards.
