      Pros

      I've had the pleasure of working for MGF not only once, but twice. They believe in their employees and truly want what's best for them. I've worked for a few other privately held companies and I can say with confidence, it's not always greener on the other side. I'm so happy to be back.

      Every organization has cons to their business. People need to realize that it's part of life and work through the issues.

      Pros

      Good pay in an area that has a highly competitive labor market. Get to work with a strong team in a fun and friendly environment. Management always engaging and keeps an "open door." Company very supportive of personal development. There are quite a few opportunities for promotion, and there is recognition for effort and value brought to the company.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of OT due to growing customer needs, and tough labor market. That can be tough for planning personal life, but compensated for it in pay, and then eligible for higher bonus.
