I have worked at Masters Gallery for over 3 years in 2 different positions. Since I have been there I have seen that management listens to employee suggestions and rewards them for going above and beyond. Company has many incentives for employees and their families and a very competitive wage.

Overtime is required during their peak season

Its a growing business, so there are still areas that can use more attention, like process improvement and general people management. Its a busy business! Overtime can be a pro or con for some.
