Great coworkers - genuinely care about each other, work together well Family owned company Hard work, but have fun along the way Great industry relationships with both customers and vendors Excellent career advancement opportunities for those willing to put in the effort Who doesn't love cheese??

Cons

Heavy workload (but I guess that's mostly good - growing company, and good to be needed). Be ready for some overtime (but you're compensated for it).
