They don't value your time with family

Pros

Work is close to home for me

Cons

Seems like every other week now there is a meeting you have to do before you after your shift and the meetings are over an hour long. Plus the mandatory weekend overtime. Seems like they don't have respect for their employees time to be out of work and with their family.

Pros

Flexible schedule, a team that works hard to improve the training experience as much as possible.

Cons

A few company individuals with short-sightedness. Wanting to do what is easy now but will cause more difficulties in the future. The company is working hard to shift this mentality.
