      Overall engaged and caring staff Great compensation and benefits Many opportunities to grow and develop Tuition Reimbursement programs are a nice bonus

      Cons

      Its a growing business, so there are still areas that can use more attention, like process improvement and general people management. Its a busy business! Overtime can be a pro or con for some.

      Pros

      I love working for Masters Gallery Foods. Upper management treats their employees with respect and it is a great environment to be in. I am a new hire here and have immediately felt like it was my "home away from home". The benefits are great and employees are compensated very well.

      Cons

      Some mandatory overtime during the busy season (August-March) but compensated very well.

      Pros

      This Company goes above and beyond to take care of their employees. Many employees have grown within the Company and have been able to find their career path. The benefits are very competitive and affordable. My degree was paid for by the Company through Tuition Reimbursement. They also offer Student Loan Forgiveness. The Company cares about the Community and Environment. Many employees volunteer their time and organize events to help those in need.

      Cons

      Their is some overtime involved, however, employees are compensated very well.
