...but most of them are miserable. An absent CEO and a completely negative environment.

Apologies that you felt this way. Masterson does not have a CEO, but we have extremely active VPs and a President. Each year Masterson has a state of the business address/presentation where employees can engage, ask questions to our President, etc.
