Pros

People are really nice, great work and life balance. and great training opportunity to improve yourself. There is also a gym in the company which is very convenient.

Cons

Pace is slow, teams are using Agile, but some managers are not trained with the Agile knowledge. Peer quotes are not that useful and a lot of time is wasted on writing them.

Pros

The people are great. The company core values are followed. The pay is a little below industry standards, but the people and the environment make up for that.

Cons

Limited upward mobility is the one that stands out most, but I believe that is generally the case in software, if you're not in a startup

Stress free working environment. Well educated and qualified colleagues. Free trip to US for 'Big Picture Orientation' for two weeks.

Cons

Cafeteria is small and the menu is short. Office location is in a muddy and dusty area.
