      Great place to work as a developer, but EDG sucks

      - Competitive pay (~$165k TC with 3 YOE) - Development work is good - Managers and team are reasonable - Amazing work-life balance - Great benefits - People are smart and interesting - You get your own office

      Cons

      - No stock - Older tech stack - CI/CD pipeline takes forever - Smaller TC than big tech - EDG is awful, don't recommend
