      Pros

      The community is the top "pro" here. The environment and culture is why you see so much tenure. Everyone is helpful and friendly. You can make instant connections here. The product is top of the line and constantly improving or innovating. The management here is transparent, which you do not see at many other places. You will have a good work load, so you will never be bored. All around great place to work.

      Cons

      Time off should be more modern and wfh. Other than that no cons.

      - Excellent culture and team setup - Understanding upper management and focus on individual success and growth - Transparency on the projects and very good communication and collaboration between employees - Good work life balances and benefits

      Cons

      - Work from home policy is not encouraged - Compensation is better than most companies but not great enough for the location (heard that has changed now)
