Pros

Dedicated, intelligent, team oriented employees. Dedicated, intelligent, team oriented employers. Perks, perks and more perks.

Cons

Route 9 traffic jams. High cost housing environment - the downside of bonus structure based pay is that it can't be counted upon for mortgage payments.

A great place for high performers who are also a cultural fit.

Pros

- Overall compensation (including performance bonuses) can be very good after being there a few years and establishing yourself as a high performer - How you interact and treat others is as important as the work that gets done - Smart people and interesting work - Decision-making is deliberate and thoughtful - Culture of peer reviews (of your work/project and of your performance)

Cons

- Can be hard for new people to establish credibility - Decision-making can be too slow sometimes - If you can't fit within the culture, you are doomed (I think this is more of a pro than a con)

Pros

+ Relative Stability + Provides the Opportunity to Learn the Ins and Outs of the MathWorks Products + Great Healthcare + Very High Average of Great and Helpful People

Cons

o Average / Modest Pay Grades o Minimal Internal Growth Opportunities o Not Challenging Work: Lots of “Busy Work” o Seems Often Hypocritical Between What is Said and What is Done
