      Pros

      1. The company takes it's core values very seriously. 2. They invest in their employees even though they do not offer a competitive pay package. 3. The software they develop is top notch and you are touching lives of many people with their product. 4. Very open work environment. Employees are encouraged to share their feedback about everything to make the company a better place to work for. 5. Very good work-life balance. 6. Nice gym.

      Cons

      1. The pay package is less when compared to software companies of same reputation. 2. Some departments like EDG, there is so much multi-tasking involved with the job.

      Pros

      This would qualify as one of the great American companies that makes great products and really values its employees. Employees are highly qualified, and the products are widely used and well respected across basically all industries. There are plenty of learning opportunities such as seminars and training sessions available, not just related work but also about fitness, finance, health etc. Work life balance is amazing

      Cons

      It is a conservative company, and new ideas and features are scrutinized minutely and take some time to come to fruition.
