      Pros

      Stable, and products are used by many around the world. Customers are diverse and price of products low. Free food.

      Cons

      Little room for promotion, lots of managers who have been here 15+ years and don't add value. They say one thing and do another.

      Pros

      Great values. Support innovation. Support individuality. Great respect for employees. Support career building and exploring internal opportunities.

      Cons

      Pay scale is quite incompetent and growth is much slower. Technical competency of management varies a lot across departments. As a result they may soon diverge away from the core values they have been successful practicing so far. Slow moving management, but again, when they move, they move like an elephant.
