      strong culture; financially strong; great people; strong problem solving skills; very successful financially

      Cons

      slow to embrace change; not innovative; too internally focused; most successful employees are those hired directly from university because they are "built to suit the culture" and happy to "drink the Cool Aid";

      Peaceful Area and friendly environs. Smart people who really know their stuff. Free cookies on Friday and free breakfast on Wednesday.

      Cons

      Managers focus way too much on the so-called company culture and the MW way of doing things. What really matters is not given enough importance. Low salary.

      Stable company, friday cookies, Summer outings, wednesday breakfasts, Quaterly Bonuses.

      Cons

      Average gross pay. Review system is a waste of time. Managers will decide the rating way before the employees writing their reviews, so it's a mere waste. Promotions are based on the seniority and not based on skill set.
