A stable and secure company, with a great focus on their customers and the employees. A safe environment to learn from their own mistakes and to improve themselves.
Cons
Very slow with any internal or external process. Most of the time the decision are taken unilaterally and just shared with everyone last minute. Career progression is slow, with little or no rewards, discouraging people to stay longer at their young age.
